Respect for Intellectual Property
joyquarry recognizes the intellectual property rights of others and takes reports of possible infringement seriously. If you own intellectual property, or are authorized to represent its owner, and believe an item or material made available through our store violates those rights, please send us a notice for review.
Where to Send a Notice Email your complete report to service@joyquarry.com. Providing clear, specific information will help us locate the material and assess your concern.
Information Your Notice Should Include Please provide all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the rights holder.
- An explanation or identification of the copyrighted work, trademark or other material you believe has been infringed.
- The location of the content or product in question, such as the relevant page or product URL.
- Contact details sufficient for us to reach you, including your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement confirming your good‑faith belief that the disputed use is not permitted by the rights holder, their representative or applicable law.
- Details identifying the intellectual property rights involved, such as a work title, trademark name or registration information where available.
- A declaration that your submission is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the rights or have authority to act on the owner's behalf.
Review of Reports After receiving the required details, we will examine the notice and determine what action is appropriate in the circumstances.
